With just one week to go until the Games of the Future 2026, excitement is building as the World Phygital Community prepares to come together in Astana.
Among the many clubs and athletes competing over 12 days of competition, 40 clubs and athletes representing 17 WPC members will take part in phygital sport’s biggest tournament. The event is expected to draw more than 100,000 spectators to the Kazakhstani capital, with millions more watching worldwide.

Beyond the competition, the WPC General Meeting will once again bring together members from around the world to reconnect, celebrate another successful year and collaborate on the continued development of the global phygital movement.
Taking place on 29 July at the Alem AI International Center for Artificial Intelligence, the meeting will review the organization’s progress, discuss priorities for the year ahead and help shape the continued growth of phygital sport.
It will also mark David Feng’s first major international engagement since his appointment as Interim Chairman of the WPC. Throughout the week, he will meet with members and partners as the organization continues to strengthen collaboration, expand international partnerships and support the long-term development of phygital sport.
The day will also feature the Phygital Sport Summit, which will bring together leaders from sport, technology and business ahead of the Opening Ceremony.

Supporters around the world can watch every match of the Games live on Phygital+, the official streaming platform for the Games of the Future Astana 2026. Every competition across all eight disciplines will be streamed live, allowing audiences to follow the journey of WPC clubs and athletes from the opening matches through to the championship finals.
The Games of the Future will also be available through Fox Sports Mexico (Mexico), StarTimes (Africa), BIGG TV (France/Worldwide), ESR TV (USA/Worldwide), Play TV (Brazil), Unbeaten (Australia), BRICS Africa Channel (South Africa/Africa), QazSport (Kazakhstan) and many more.
The official Community Streaming Program will further extend coverage across multiple platforms and languages. The free-to-join program provides creators with official broadcast access, ready-made content and co-branding assets, and remains open throughout the Games of the Future 2026 and beyond.
