Here are the official dates and key milestone for the 2026/27 tournament season.
Overview
The tournament season began on 10 June 2026 and will end in March 2027. These events continue under the usual system of Phygital Origins (in-country local tournaments) and Phygital Rivals (in-country national tournaments). The season will feature four core disciplines – Phygital Football, Phygital Basketball, Phygital Dancing and Phygital Shooter.
The application window for all disciplines opened on 10 June 2026 and will close on 10 August 2026.
Phygital Football, Phygital Basketball and Phygital Dancing
The Phygital Origins and Phygital Rivals stages of these disciplines end on 13 December 2026, with the reporting deadline set for 23 December 2026. Official rankings will then be published on 11 January 2027, followed by the Phygital Contenders stage in March 2027.
Phygital Shooter
The Phygital Origins and Phygital Rivals stages end on 19 November 2026, and the reporting deadline is 30 November 2026. Official rankings will be published on WPC website. The Phygital Contenders stage for Phygital Shooter will then take place from December 2026 – January 2027.
