The WPC Incentive Program
What is the Incentive Program?
THE WPC Incentive Program is a reward scheme for members who contribute extensively to the phygital community. When you take part, you earn points. These points help you achieve higher WPC status and give you access to a host of exclusive benefits such as VIP event invites, WPC leadership meetings, priority registration, and special awards.
How do you earn points?

You can gain points in three main ways:
- by improving yourself,
- by helping others,
- by contributing to the wider WPC community.
For example, joining events, recruiting new members, or organizing non-ranking tournaments all earn you Incentive Program points. But there are other activities that can add to your total (see below).
How do the rankings work?
At the end of each tournament season, members are categorized based on how many points they’ve earned. The top 15 members are assigned Gold status. The next 17 best performers are given Silver status (from the 25/26 season that rises to 50), and the remaining members are Bronze. Rankings reset each year, although some points can be carried over.
Higher-ranked members (Gold and Silver) get special rewards. These could include early access to events, invites to private WPC activities, or being named as a community ambassador. Your rewards are active for the full year.

WPC members are automatically enrolled in the scheme and points are awarded from the date they join. The program is valid starting from April 15, 2025. Points accumulation ends on the last day of the tournament season. From January 1 2025, members have also been awarded points for the following performance activities:
- Organizing non-ranking tournaments (Phygital Games),
- Paying the membership fee,
- Establishing a dedicated phygital organization within the member’s country,
- Acting as a speaker/official representative at WPC events,
- Recruiting a new member.
