Phygital Shooter
Introducing
Phygital Shooter
Phygital Shooter combines the precision and strategy of digital shooting with the adrenaline and physicality of real-world action. It’s a team sport that fosters cooperation, skill, and sportsmanship. Whether you’re a casual gamer or a seasoned athlete, Phygital Shooter offers a new and exciting way to compete.
Teams
Usually, each team consists of five to seven players, though there can also be extra personnel, such as coaches, on the support side. The number and composition of these are decided by the WPC organizer.

Format

Players engage in a shooter game, completing tasks such as “plant the bomb” or “defend against an attack” in a virtual setting.

Players use Taggers (infrared shooting simulation devices) to complete missions in a real-life shooting arena.
The team with the most points across both stages is the winner.
Further guidelines
- The size of the physical arena is 1,500–2,000 m².
- It should include at least 20 shelters as well as designated starting bases for each team.
- Taggers and hit sensors must be integrated into each participant’s vest.
- There should be systems in place to register hits and track the game results.
Phygital Shooter is an electrifying sport where gamers and athletes thrive. It’s more than a competition – it’s a testament to the power of collaboration, skill, and innovation. Join the action!
