The in-country regional and national ranking tournaments for the Games of the Future 2025 are well into their course, sparking a thrilling journey that brings phygital clubs from around the globe together. The in-country regional Phygital tournaments run until November 30th alongside the National Phygital Games that continue until January 30th, 2025. This path is a key factor in the WPC ranking system and ultimately leads to coveted places for clubs to compete in the pinnacle of the phygital sporting calendar, the Games of the Future 2025, to be held in the UAE in November.
A high-energy fusion of athleticism and technology, these ranking tournaments will showcase to the world how phygital, with its perfect blend of the physical and digital worlds truly is the future of sports.
Ranking in-country regional tournaments have already been completed, including the Serbia Phygital Basketball Tournament and Serbia Phygital Dance Tournament as well as the Cameroon Phygital Basketball Tournament and the Uzbekistan Phygital Dance, Phygital Basketball and Phygital Football Tournaments. In the coming weeks, other WPC member clubs from markets such as Qatar will join the action, setting the stage for intense, ground-breaking performances.
As the phygital movement continues to grow, so does the WPC, with close to 100 countries, already part of its global community.
