Bernt Erik Bjontegard

Known for his strategic vision and collaborative leadership, Bjontegard has served as an advisor to government agencies and international organizations on smart city development, space innovation, and digital transformation.
He holds multiple technology patents and has been honored by the White House and industry bodies for his contributions to innovation, including recognition as one of the world’s top digitalization leaders and IoT inventors. A frequent keynote speaker at global forums and member of select international advisory boards, he also excels at closing the gap between the public and private sectors. Through his international experience and future-focused insight, Bjontegard continues to drive new initiatives at the intersection of sports and emerging technologies.
Francline Fonderson

Under his leadership, CATCE successfully hosted Cameroon’s first Phygital Rivals for Phygital Basketball, a groundbreaking event that blended basketball with esports elements and set a new benchmark for event delivery and engagement in the region. Fonderson’s work embodies innovation rooted in community spirit — engaging local governments, sponsors, and youth networks to build sustainable pathways for young athletes and gamers across Central and West Africa. His events celebrate African culture by fusing music, dance, and art into competition, creating dynamic expressions of the phygital movement. As an advisor and thought leader, Francline brings invaluable insight into grassroots mobilization, regional engagement, and social impact, inspiring a new generation of changemakers driving Africa’s digital and phygital sports revolution.
Jorge O’Ryan Schutz

At ProChile, O’Ryan spearheaded modernization programs that emphasized sustainability and international collaboration, earning recognition for advancing Chile’s global competitiveness. Today, he serves as Director of International Development at the UC Innovation Center, where he continues to foster partnerships between academia, business, and government. Widely respected for his integrity, discipline, and pragmatic leadership, O’Ryan brings to the Council an exceptional network across Latin America and Europe, as well as deep understanding of how diplomacy, governance, and sport can converge to strengthen international cooperation and community development.
David Feng Xintao

Feng has worked extensively with governments, Local Organizing Committees, National Olympic Committees, International Federations, and major global brands associated with the Olympic Movement. Based in Switzerland and originally from Beijing, he brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial drive, diplomatic expertise, and cross-cultural insight gained from working across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America. His experience in designing world-class hospitality programs and managing international partnerships makes him a valuable contributor to the Council’s mission of advancing excellence and inclusivity in phygital sport.
